The minimum age to participate in all activities on ck4444 is 21 years. To confirm age, ck4444 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID.

Failure to respond to an identity verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Providing false information regarding age or identity is a punishable offence and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• A scan or clear photo of both sides of the national identity card.
• A selfie showing your face (if required).
• Proof of ownership of a bank or mobile banking account (if required).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on casino games or betting — they cannot be withdrawn directly.

ck4444 offers various gaming options including sports betting, live casino, and slots. Each game or betting category has its own rules, but the general rules below apply to all.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrectly displayed odds, ck4444 reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 In-Play and Pre-Match Betting

Odds change quickly during live events. If odds change after a bet is submitted, ck4444 may offer you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

6.3 Multi Bet

ck4444 allows you to combine multiple events into a multi bet. All selections in a multi bet must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is considered void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck4444 platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse or bonus fraud.
• Using computer software, bots, or automated systems to bet or play games.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

If any suspicious activity is detected, ck4444 will place the relevant account under investigation and notify the authorities where appropriate.

ck4444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request in time.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• The user themselves requests account closure.

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact customer support via 24/7 live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, provided there is no pending investigation.

12.2 Severability Clause

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between ck4444 and the user. Any previous oral or written understanding is replaced by this agreement.
